Noureen Dwulf was created on February 28th 1984 at New York City. Her passion for acting was never fading. becoming an actor. She started building the foundations of her career when she was a student at Boston University's School of the Arts. Her career started after she graduated. Then she began auditioning for different roles. In 2005, she was offered an important part in a movie called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festivals across the globe. In 2007, the film received an Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film.
