Anya began acting at an early age in community theatre and continued to pursue the arts through her teenage years. Anya-Josephine Marie Taylor-Joy is an actor. She has won numerous awards and nominations, including the Golden Globe Award. Taylor Joy graduated from school at sixteen to pursue an acting career. Taylor-Joy's birth date was April 16 1996 on the 16th of April in Miami Florida. She is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, along with Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, she is approximately half English as well as Spanish. The father of her is Argentine and Scottish English descent. Her Spanish and mother, who speaks English, was her mother. Taylor-Joy's siblings are four of her father's previous marriage. Her family is originally of Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria in the year she turned aged six. Taylor-Joy says the move to London was traumatic and she was unable to learn English so that she could avoid returning to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the switched from Northlands. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School and studied ballet, while also performing in school's dramas. Then she dropped out of the high school aged 16 to pursue an acting profession.
