At the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games, the athlete became an international sensation after scoring the first perfect ten in the world of sports. She went on to achieve six other perfect 10 which made her the youngest Olympic overall gold medalist who was just 14. Comaneci didn't just attract attention from all over the world, she also put Romania onto the map.
